Stone Mountain Christmas

Since I bought Groupon passes to Stone Mountain Christmas and we could not get our busy schedules together, we went the day before Thanksgiving. It was actually really great! The crowds are usually super crazy when we go, but we didn't have to wait in any lines to see shows or anything, only to see Santa (which line is usually too long to even think about).
The kids loved it. Abby actually said, "This is the best day ever." It's such a magical place for kids and we love it, too!
We started with a train ride around the mountain.
The kids loved this play, Toyrific. Brad ran excitedly over to meet Robby Robot afterwards.
He convinced Abby to join later.
After the parade and a long wait, the kids got to see Santa. They were so excited. Abby was very concerned about remembering what she wanted to say. I couldn't really hear, but microscope was last on her list. Brad asked for Buzz Lightyear.
The Snow Angel (or Abby calls her the Snow Fairy-probably more accurate). Abby was most excited and proud to meet her! She kept saying how beautiful and nice she was.
I love how everything is covered in lights that it looks like a village at the North Pole.
 They got to meet Rudolf
In my favorite dance and song show, Abby was excited to meet one of the ladies that we thought was named Abby, but turns out it's Addy. That didn't matter, Abby was still excited that her name was close!
At the end of the night, the Snow Angel flies in the air above everyone to bring some snow (from blowers) and fireworks up on the mountain.
Such a fun night and the kids were so happy! It will be a Christmas tradition as long as we live here!
