Atlanta with Uncle Paul

Luke's Brother, Paul came to visit us on his way back to Iowa after a year in England. We really enjoyed having him. Abby really loved having her Uncle Paul here to play with all the time.We visited the Georgia Aquarium, which is the World's largest. They have some pretty cool exhibits, but my favorite is the huge 100 foot underwater tunnel in the tank with tons of large fish and huge whale fish.
Afterwards, we went to the Centennial Olympic Park where the 1996 Olympics were held. It has this fountain that sprays out of the ground, which Abby had a blast playing in.

Another day, we went to the Atlanta Zoo.

Abby tried feeding the parakeets, too, but I don't think they trust toddlers :)She loved petting the goats. She walked around from one to another, just loving it. Then, one goat (who's back is pictured below) decided he didn't like her touching his ear and turned his head and knocked her over! She started bawling and wouldn't touch another one. Hopefully she doesn't remember it so she will pet them again next time.

Saturday, we all went to the North Georgia State Fair. It was by far the biggest fair I've ever seen, but apparently doesn't meet the Paul & Luke's standards from the Clay County Fair in Iowa.

Abby loved the dog show- her favorite.

Her first carousel ride- definately not her favorite. It freaked her out a bit. Thanks for coming, Paul! We had fun!
