I just realized that I never finished this post. So, here it is...
After a run at the trail, Brad's friend, Whit, asked him if he wanted to play in the fountain. As I had not planned to, he had no swim trunks. He was quite content and super cute playing in his underwear.
It was hilarious to watch him stick his head in the water. Jude would run screaming every time he did it. Funny boy.
Abby's last day of Pre-school. She had a lot of fun in school. I'm glad she loved her teacher, Miss Amanda, so much. She also really liked her classmates and made some good new friends who will be in her class next year.
The graduation ceremony that we almost missed because of bad traffic. She's always so cute to watch perform. She's at the bottom with the navy blue dress and bow.
My mom came to visit. We ate at our favorite Mexican restaurant, El Solecito.
I caught a lizard in the basement. When Abby let it out, it climbed all the way up to her neck. She thought that was amazing. She loves all living things.
Swimming in our pool with Nana. My favorite thing about our neighborhood.
There was a Shriner's Circus and fair that was really pretty great for the price. The kids had a blast.
They got to ride ponies for the first time. When we asked them if they wanted to ride, Abby said no out of fear. But, Bradley said yes, so Abby said yes, too. Then, Brad almost didn't get on, but finally did when he saw Abby up there. It is so good that they have each other. They ended up loving it, especially Abby.
Their first roller coaster ride. Abby Loved it, but Bradley was not thrilled. If Abby hadn't been squealing with joy, Brad probably would have cried.
The circus was fun. There was an elephant that was pretty cool. Abby said her favorites were the performing dogs and the magic clothes (lady changing dresses in a second repeatedly- of course, she likes sparkly dresses). There were fearless tight rope walkers, tigers, etc.
The next day, we went to the dolphin show at the aquarium. We always love a visit from Nana.
